Susilan Kesavan began his career as a web designer and scaling up to companies ever since. He is a passionate designer and a digital marketer. He has a collective of 22 years of experience vastly diverse working for a small production house to big MNCs and GLCs.

He currently holds the position Regional Manager - Digital, Brand and Events, BASF Asia-Pacific Service Centre Sdn Bhd. BASF has been operating in Malaysia for 30 years, through a number of wholly-owned companies and joint ventures in the country. BASF Asia Pacific Service Centre Sdn Bhd began its operation in 2005. Located in Kuala Lumpur, the shared services center provides functional services in the areas of finance, information services, human resources, environment, health & safety, procurement and import-export order management to the BASF group of companies in 17 markets across the Asia Pacific region.
